Company striking off is the process of removing a local company from ACRA’s registry. A formal application must be made, and approval is granted only if the company is no longer carrying on business and meets all statutory conditions.

To be eligible, your company must:

• Be no longer in business (or never commenced)

• Have no assets or liabilities remaining

• Have no outstanding penalties, debts, or taxes with ACRA, IRAS, CPFB, or other agencies

• Have no pending court proceedings

• Have latest accounts prepared (audited/unaudited as required)

• Obtain written consent from all shareholders
